Included

  • Mowing, ordinary trimming and edging
  • Blowing clippings off ordinary hard surfaces

Excluded

  • Fertilizer, herbicide, tree work and debris hauling
  • Overgrown, saturated or unsafe lawns

Weekly maintenance is $55 up to 5,000 mowable sq ft, plus $10 per started additional 3,000 sq ft. Every two weeks adds $10 per visit; one-time adds $25. Initial grass 6–10 inches adds $30 once. Later recurring visits exclude that initial surcharge.
