PILOT QUESTIONS

Good questions.
Straight answers.

How estimates work, what’s planned and what submitting your home plan means.

Can I book a service today?

Not yet. You can explore services, calculate a planning estimate and submit it for private review. Nespik is preparing a Cary pilot and is not confirming appointments or collecting payment. If you need service soon, please arrange it with an established provider.

Which services can I estimate?

Start with home cleaning, carpets and furniture, windows and exterior upkeep, or yard care. Tell us what you need and choose the matching service. Our current scope covers cleaning and routine upkeep; plumbing, electrical, HVAC, repairs and specialist treatments are not available. Junk hauling is paused while provider licensing and disposal arrangements are checked.

Where do the prices come from?

Nespik’s proposed rate card uses published local provider prices as research anchors, then applies consistent rules for size, condition, access and extras. Source links and calculation details are available with the services. These are Nespik planning assumptions, not accepted supplier rates or a guaranteed final quote.

Why are the questions different for each service?

Different work needs different measurements. House cleaning uses the area to clean and bathroom count; gutters use linear feet; concrete and lawns use the actual work area; and upholstery uses the pieces. The estimate explains its units and any add-on charges.

What happens if I do not know a measurement or condition?

Use the available “not sure” answer rather than guessing. Unusual materials, uncertain measurements, heavy conditions or restricted access can require manual review. A review result explains what needs checking before a price can be confirmed.

Does my estimate reserve the price or a date?

No. It records the scope and the proposed rate-card calculation. Availability, property details and the final written price still need confirmation before any future booking. Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation to buy.

How does recurring pricing work?

Where a service offers a recurring option, the estimate separates the first visit from later visits. Initial buildup may need extra work, and some repeat visits have different rates. Frequency, route availability and the agreed condition must be confirmed; no subscription starts from an estimate.

Are appliances, windows or other extras included?

Check the selected service’s inclusions and itemized result. Move-in and move-out estimates include one ordinary empty oven, one empty refrigerator and ordinary empty kitchen cabinet interiors. Other cleaning types can price those as extras. Window washing, carpet extraction and other separate services are not silently included.

Who would carry out the work?

The planned model uses established local service businesses. No provider is represented as a confirmed partner. We need to check the relevant qualifications, insurance, rates, scope and availability separately for each service before it becomes bookable.

Where are you planning to serve?

Initial planning focuses on parts of central and south Cary in ZIP codes 27511 and 27518. A ZIP match does not confirm coverage. The exact address, service and provider route need review before work can be arranged.

Are taxes and every possible condition included?

Planning estimates show the stated scope before any applicable tax. A provider must review excluded or unusual conditions, and the final written quote would identify applicable taxes and any agreed scope changes before work begins.

Will you guarantee my security deposit or complete stain removal?

No. A landlord’s decision can involve issues beyond cleaning, and some stains or damage need specialist treatment. Each service states what ordinary work includes and what requires separate review.

What happened to Nespik’s postcard advertising?

Nespik is developing a new home-services pilot. The existing advertising account workspace and saved records are preserved. Use the advertising account link in the footer for earlier requests and artwork.
