Privacy at Nespik.

This explains how the current Nespik website handles information submitted through the pilot and existing account features.

Information you choose to share

Customer plan forms collect your name, email, property ZIP, selected services, service-specific answers, the calculated estimate and rate-card version, your reviewed-scope confirmation, consent, and any optional phone, timing or notes. Service-business forms collect business and contact information, service areas, services, self-reported insurance status, consent, and optional notes. Contact forms collect your name, email, and message.

Do not send door codes, full payment information, identity documents, tax forms, insurance documents, or unnecessary sensitive information through these forms.

How we use it

Nespik uses submissions to evaluate the pilot, review fit, respond to inquiries, and discuss possible service or business participation. Submitting a form does not authorize unrelated promotional campaigns or a confirmed booking. The pilot forms do not automatically send emails or text messages.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database and are available through an owner-restricted review area. The website uses hosting and authentication providers to run its features. Existing advertising accounts retain their account records and uploaded artwork under the existing access controls.

Receipts saved on your browser

After you submit a home-service plan, this website can save up to 10 receipts in browser storage. Each contains a reference, date, ZIP, service answers and the estimate, without your contact details. These local copies do not sync with app accounts or other browsers and do not show live booking status. You can clear them in Profile or your browser settings. Clearing local copies does not delete the inquiry held by Nespik; use the contact form to request removal.

Security and essential technical data

The website uses essential session cookies for account access. The website and its hosting providers process technical information, including network addresses and request records, to deliver the site and reduce abuse. No advertising pixel has been added to the pilot.

Your choices

Use the contact form to ask about your submission, correct it, request deletion where applicable, or stop further contact about it. Include your reference if you have one; do not send sensitive documents. We may need to verify your request. Pilot submissions currently remain stored until they are manually removed. Removing an inquiry’s personal details leaves a limited administrative record and duplicate-submission protection. Related contact messages, downloaded copies, hosting logs, and backups are handled separately. Information may need to be kept to resolve an existing matter or meet legal requirements.

Before the service opens

Payment handling, provider information-sharing, and any new marketing tools will need further review before bookings open. This page will be updated to reflect material changes.
